Come meditate with us on Wednesdays at 7 PM.  Dr. Bill Brender opens his sound studio to people who want to learn how to meditate or are seasoned meditators.  Dr. Bill guides you with the use of your breath to clear your mind, become aware of your body and feel the healing effects of this new awareness. The format is simple. We share how we are feeling or how our day has gone and use this as a jumping off point for our 30 – 40 min. meditation.  There is no cost for this, but donations are appreciated.
